Influencer trips are an effective way to grow brand awareness and drive sales to destinations. In 2018 I was able to successfully run two trips to Bimini, the Bahamas and Roatan, Honduras. From concept to creation I worked effortlessly to help both places target black travelers globally due to the lack of representation in the industry . Strategically I placed influencers from all niches on the trips and ensured a give back component was included.

 

With a mix traditional and digital marketing to provide results that increased direct bookings, google rankings, brand visibility and public relations.  These are the results.

To strategize and execute a high priority influencer press trip with a total of 22 Million followers to generate awareness around Roatan, Honduras and the experience Island Journey Tour Company offers. Also tasked with creating digital content and increasing following for both clients social media and advertising materials.

Working with a handful of influencers with engaged followers, we were successful in creating a massive conversation on Instagram and Twitter during and 60+ days after our trip. We tripled our clients expected campaign goals reaching millions of travelers, and generating a substantial increase in hotel sales the very same month.
